CARD9(redirected from CANDF2)
CARD9A gene on chromosome 9q34.3 that encodes a protein which activates NF-kappa-B by binding to BCL10 by a CARD–CARD interaction. It is highly expressed in the spleen, less so in the liver, placenta, lung, leukocytes and brain.
