CEBPE(redirected from C/EBP epsilon)
CEBPEA gene on chromosome 14q11.2 that encodes a transcription factor which binds as a homodimer to various DNA regulatory regions, and as a heterodimer to CEBP-delta. CEBP-epsilon is thought to be critical for the terminal differentiation and functional maturation of committed granulocyte progenitors.
CEPBE mutations are linked to specific granule deficiency.
