A simple machine, designed to provide traction and flexion to the lumbar spine combining a trapeze bar connected to a double-pull traction belt via a pair of lateral suspension straps to provide stability. The trapeze bar or T-bar is suspended from a block-and-tackle to hoist the user off the floor when wearing the belt with his legs over the trapeze bar
