Berlin Conference

(1) An international congress held in Berlin in 1995 that raised concerns about increases in greenhouse gases and proposed limits on CO2 emissions which the US and Australia vehemently opposed.
(2) One of a series of conferences held in Berlin in 2001, 2005, 2008, formally titled Conference on the Human Dimensions of Global Environmental Change, which are based on human-dimensions research.
