batch processing

The analysis of clinical specimens in a grouped “run”, which contrasts with the more labour-intensive testing of individual specimens.

Microbiology

In addition, fast pH/Eh changes were recorded for the uranyl solutions compared to the mine water batch systems. This is attributed to the lack of major ions in the former systems to buffer the aforementioned geochemical perturbation imbued by nanoparticle corrosion.
A traditional batch system is used to pro duce a stable masterbatch, without curing agents, which are then added in a co-rotating twin screw extruder to improve the mixing conditions of this fundamental ingredient (figure 7).
Thermosyphon systems have three distinct advantages over batch systems. First, because a solar collector is used for the purpose of extracting heat from the sun (rather than a batch tank), solar-heated water can be stored inside a well-insulated tank.
The book, they claim, is about their own interpretation of S88, and the redesign of their existing batch system.
The batch system, which is used for monolayer control and usually adjusts line speed, makes its weight calculation at the end of each batch, typically on 10-15 sec cycles.
The large batch system also speeds production rates, simplifies and improves quality control, and is more generally economical than smaller batch production.
