PAX5, OCT-2, and BOB1
may also be positive as shown in figure 1 and described in table 3.8 No data based on cytogenetics is available for these tumours although genetic aberrations involving 2p and 9p have been detected in CHL and DLBCL.1,9,13 The clinical features of these tumours are similar to their parent tumours (CHL and DLBCL) except that these appear to be more common in males than females as illustrated in table 1.14,15 These rare tumours have been included in the WHO classification and only a few studies have reported their outcomes.16 In one study the survival of these patients was found to be significantly inferior to other HLs.17 The regimens like DA-EPOCH-R have been found to be reasonable for these patients.
CD79a and BOB1
are often positive, with variable expression of CD15 and CD20.
Immunohistochemical stains of the large atypical cells were positive for CD45, CD79a, PAX5, BCL6, MUM1, OCT2, BOB1
, and IgD and negative for CD30, CD15, CD10, and ALK.
(81-85,129)) In secret sharing, there is one sender, Alice, and k receivers, Bob1
, ..., Bobk.
Moreover, tumors cells were positive for CD45, CD43, CD30, bcl2, BOB1, and OCT2 in some cases [2, 3, 5, 6].
 Bcl2, BOB1, OCT2, HHV8 CD38 (focal) Lambda light chains Negative IS: CD20, CD79a, CD3, PAX5, CD30, CD15,CD138,ALK Ferry et M/61 Positive IS:HHV8, CD45, al.
The single slide test aids the assessment of nine antibodies, namely CD30, CD15, CD20, CD45, PAX5, OCT2, BOB1
, CD3 and CD79A, on a single formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section.
They were negative for PAX5 (Figure 1(b)), OCT2, BOB1
, CD20, BCL6, CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, and ALK1.
In the majority of the reported FL cases their H/RS cells were CD30 positive and coexpressed B-cell markers (CD20, BOB1, PAX5, and OCT.2) and bcl6, were variably CD45 and bcl2 positive, and were less often CD15 or CD10 positive.
In our review of the medical literature we identified a single case of PCFCL case with numerous H/RS-like cells positive for CD30, CD15, PAX5, Bcl6, OCT2, BOB1, MUM1, and Ki67 while CD20 was only focally positive.
(19) Most cases also strongly express the B-cell transcription factors BOB1
In most cases, HRS cells are characteristically positive for CD15 and CD30, with membranous staining and punctate accentuation in the Golgi area; they are also (weakly) reactive for PAX5 and either OCT2 or BOB1
