DDX39A

A gene on chromosome 19p13.12 that encodes a probable member of the Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp (DEAD)-motif-containing family of ATP-dependent RNA helicases; it is involved in pre-mRNA splicing and required for exporting mRNA from the nucleus.
