Any systemic finding associated with leukaemias and lymphomas which is a clinical marker of a worse prognosis.
B symptoms Significant fever (in Hodgkin lymphoma, the classic but uncommon Pel-Ebstein fever), night sweats, and unintentional weight loss of >10%. “A symptoms” don’t include the above symptoms.
