Ayerza's disease

 [ah-yer´thaz]
a form of polycythemia vera marked by chronic cyanosis, chronic dyspnea, chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, hepatosplenomegaly, and hyperplasia of bone marrow, and associated with sclerosis of the pulmonary artery.
