Antley-Bixler syndrome

A rare autosomal recessive disorder of bone and connective tissue in which malformations of both the long and the cranial bones are present.

Here we report a newborn with ambiguous genitalia, skeletal malformations, and adrenal insufficiency who was diagnosed with Antley-Bixler syndrome.
