Conducting the analyses within suborders, Anisoptera had a significantly higher proportion of uncommon/rare species that primarily inhabited lotic habits ([chi square] = 11.0, df = 1, P = 0.0009), whereas Zygoptera did not ([chi square] = 0.22, df = 1, P = 0.66).
