Alder-Reilly bodies

Large, purple or purplish-black, coarse, azurophilic granules resembling primary granules of promyelocytes seen in the cytoplasm of virtually all mature leukocytes and, occasionally, in their precursors; ARGs are seen in Alder-Reilly anomaly.
