Adepril

A tricyclic antidepressant that inhibits serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake, which is used for major depression and depression in the elderly, less commonly for chronic migraines and insomnia, and as an adjunct for patients with chronic pain.

Adverse effects
Dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, insomnia and weight gain; rarely also manic episodes, hypotension, psychosis and liver toxicity.
