Achilles squeeze test

Achil·les squeeze test

(ah-kil'ēz skwēz test)
Patient lies prone with feet over the edge of the table. Examiner squeezes patient's calf muscle. This test result is considered positive if plantar flexion does not occur when the calf is squeezed.
