CYTH3(redirected from ARF nucleotide-binding site opener 3)
CYTH3A gene on chromosome 7p22.1 that encodes cytohesin 3, a member of the PSCD family, which regulate protein sorting and membrane trafficking. CYTH3 is involved in controlling Golgi structure and function, and it may have a physiological role in regulating ADP-ribosylation-factor protein (ARF6) functions, in addition to acting on ARF1.
