A gene on chromosome 12p11.1 that encodes an enzyme that catalyses the transfer of the terminal (third) glucose residue from dolichyl phosphate glucose (Dol-P-Glc) to the lipid-linked oligosaccharide (Glc2Man9GlcNAc(2)-PP-Dol) precursor for N-linked glycosylation.
