SLC25A4

A gene on chromosome 4q35 that encodes a mitochondrial solute carrier protein, which functions as a gated pore that translocates ADP from the mitochondrial matrix into the cytoplasm. SLC25A4 forms a homodimer embedded in the inner mitochondria membrane.

Molecular pathology
SLC25A4 mutations cause autosomal dominant progressive external ophthalmoplegia and familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

To evaluate the above parameters, six semi-IPN samples, namely MB1 and MB2, CA1 and CA2 and AAc1 and AAc2 were prepared (see Table 1 for composition of these samples) and were allowed to equilibrate in the phosphate buffer media of pH 7.4 for a period of 24 h at 37[degrees]C.

The following is the AAC1 port rotation: Port Kelang, Singapore, Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Port Kelang, with the maiden voyage departing from Port Kelang.
