Q. Snacks for kids – is there a healthy option? My 8 years-old son eats snacks every day, and although he’s not fat by any means, I still want to give him good eating habits. Do you have any idea for healthy snacks? Is there any chance he’ll give up his chocolate and coke for fruits???

Q. My wife is having fibromyalgia. If there is no option than which other kind of treatment I can try for her? My wife is having fibromyalgia. Five years before she was diagnosed. There is no difference in her pain after these many years of medications. Though few months before a particular medicine worked for her but due to the side effects it did create we did stop that. I was expecting to try other way of treatment for her but before trying; I thought to ask someone about any possibilities to reduce her pain.
