Patient discussion about walking backwards.

Q. I tried many medicines and diet control to loose my weight but in vain. I am James Antony, 5 ft tall and 85kgs. I feel too heavy to walk. I tried many medicines and diet control to loose my weight but in vain. What Is The Key To Successful Weight Loss?

A. the key is that there is no key. just get up and move around. try to add some new form of activity to your life each day. stay active. as far as eating is concerned, eat as much natural foods as possible. fruits, veggies, some chicken. its a live long change that you need to make, there is no overnight magic pill.

i find that support groups (online and off) work well for me.

Q. I have just developed a pain in my calf - feels like it clicks when I walk, and is a sharp pain I first noticed this problem this morning. As I stepped out of my car, I felt a sharp pain in my left calf, and it has gone worse as the day has gone on. No pain until I walk.

A. hmmm...now as i think of it- fatman's answer seems more logical. but usually people can tell the difference between strained muscle and other stuff. if it was just a pulled muscle he would have thought of it and naturally massage the area. no?

Q. How many minutes a day can I walk. Any help would be great. I’m Lesa 28 yrs old and I’m 14 weeks pregnant, this is my first pregnancy. I like to join in prenatal yoga. When can I join and until what time I should continue it. How many minutes a day can I walk. Any help would be great.

A. yes, agree with both two answers above..

a regular exercise before pregnancy and even during pregnancy are believed to be related with significant reduction in labor pain. besides, by doing regular exercise you can help strengthening your muscles and bones, and also stretch some pelvic muscle that will benefit when the time comes for you to deliver the wonderful baby.

I once wrote an article about water aerobic during pregnancy, you can check it out here :
