verrucose dermatitis
a proliferative inflammatory lesion on the back of the pastern from the bulb of the heel to fetlock of cattle. Caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum. Occurs in muddy overcrowded conditions. See also strawberry footrot.
verrucose pododermatitis
verrucose dermatitis extending onto the bulbs of the heel.
