My cute little girl is academically brilliant. She is very independent too. She is only 4 years. She is not showing interest in any of the food that I prepare for her and this makes me stressed. But I have noticed that she shows interest when I prepare food with some creativity to please her. I cut fruits heart shape, diamond shape etc. This way I can both teach her the shapes and influence her to have the food without any hesitation. A. what a marvelous idea! i'll try to do the same! my son always avoiding vegetables and that can cause lack of vitamins minerals and fiber. vegetables are an important part of the human race nutrition. i heard a nutritionist giving a theory that our color vision comes evolutionary from the importance of defining different colors of our diet. for example,it is known that green vegetables are full of vitamin k which is an important and essential part of our coagulation system.
