1. pneumoconiosis due to inhalation of iron particles.

hepatic siderosis  the deposit of an abnormal quantity of iron in the liver.
urinary siderosis  hemosiderinuria.

sid·er·o·sis (sd-rss)
n.
1. Chronic inflammation of the lungs caused by excessive inhalation of dust containing iron salts or particles.
2. Discoloration of an organ or a tissue by an iron pigment.
3. An excess of iron in the blood.

siderosis

the presence of hemosiderin granules in the urine.
