Etymology: Etienne-Louis A. Fallot, French physician, 1850-1911 Gk, treis + logos, word;
a congenital cardiac anomaly consisting of pulmonary stenosis, interatrial septal defect, and right ventricular hypertrophy. For discussion of diagnosis and treatment, see tetralogy of Fallot.
