Caltabiano advocates surgical sterilization as the preferred solution to the problem of feline overpopulation.
Surgical sterilization (also called "tubal ligation") was introduced in the 1930s and has become a very popular form of permanent birth control.
It also unjustly recommended that access to surgical sterilization be eliminated, which was another violation of women's rights.
