So, we focus on stabilization exercises in all three planes of movement (saggital- front to back, frontal- side to side, and transverse- rotational) by using pillar exercise variations (also know as planks).
The same can also be said about lumbar stabilization exercises and certain aerobic exercises that can be done, depending on the severity of your pain.
You can attempt to stand on them, perform squats and lunges on them, or complete abdominal stabilization exercises while lying on them.
