siderosilicosis [sid″er-o-sil″ĭ-ko´sis]
siderosis with silicosis, a type of pneumoconiosis due to the inhalation of dust containing particles of iron ore and silica. Called also silicosiderosis.

Two years ago, the Lancet reported that a 44-year-old woman who worked as a clerk in a photocopying store developed another type of lung disease, known as siderosilicosis, in which lungs get clogged with inhaled dust.
