scle·ro·ty·lo·sis (sklîr-t-lss)
n.
An inherited disorder associated with gastrointestinal cancer and marked by atrophic fibrosis of the skin, hypoplasia of the nails, and palmoplantar keratoderma. Also called scleroatrophy.

sclerotylosis
[-tilō′sis]
an inherited condition of atrophic fibrosis of the skin. There is overgrowth of the nails and horny skin covering the palms of the hands and plantar surfaces of the feet. The disorder may be accompanied by cancer of the GI tract.
