pale, translucent atrophic skin, facial vasculitis ('butterfly rash'), pinpoint/patchy skin necrosis (i.e. small infarcts due to endarteritis obliterans, subsequent to vasculitis), ulceration, longitudinal nail ridges, subungual splinter haemorrhages, subcuticular nodules, plantar fibromatosis and peripheral neuropathy (due to vasculitis of vasa nervosum)
