Patient discussion about retard

Q. This makes me to think how babies come out retarded and what the causes of retardation in babies are. My heart some time trembles when I see some parents dedicating their whole life for their retarded babies whom they gave birth after few years of their marriage. This makes me to think how babies come out retarded and what the causes of retardation in babies are. Is it not in our hands?

A. Hi there,

My opinion is that we are all perfect - just the way we are regardless of whether we are well or ill, beautiful or ugly, nice or mean. There is a perfect balance in the Universe – we cannot have positive without the negative – to think otherwise is to be ignorant. There is no a curse without a blessing nor a blessing without a curse. We are all part of the divine matrix – a matrix of love (as Dr Demartini likes to call it). The reason we don’t see any of this is only because we don’t look.

Please think about your question – whatever answer I could give – it would never satisfy you and it would not change what is.

My personal view is that we don't choose our babies – our babies choose us. There is a reason why 'your baby' wanted you to be her/his parent. Your baby may have ‘felt’ that you would be the perfect parents to shower them with love, affection and patience – everything that a child with autisms requires. Or perhaps, it is something that you (your so

As a consequence, there is a need for increased engine retarding performance, particularly at low engine speed.
European fleets often specify driveline retarders suggesting an appreciation of the value offered by high vehicle retarding power.
While driveline retarders provide increased retarding performance over standard compression release brakes, they are an expensive option which add considerable mass to the vehicle and can exceed the thermal capacity of the radiator during prolonged retarding [2].
2 stroke engine braking provides increased retarding power compared to a standard CR brake across the engine speed range at virtually no mass penalty, no increase in heat input into the cooling system over standard CR brake and considerably lower cost and system complexity than driveline retarders.
This results in increased retarding power, particularly at low engine speed where the engines operate during vehicle cruising.
A key aspect of developing effective retarding performance is the interaction between the engine valve motions and the engine boost system.
SWAT also performs a water budget for each flood retarding structures reservoir modeled on a watershed, accounting for processes of water storage, release, evaporation, and seepage.
Storage capacities for each of the 13 flood retarding structures were obtained from data reported by Allen and Naney (1991).
Following calibration, SWAT was applied to a precipitation record from 1961 to 1993 (33 calendar years), with and without the flood retarding structures.
The decrease was attributed to a corresponding increase in evaporation simulated by the model with the presence of the flood retarding structures, due to a larger percentage of the watershed existing as a free water surface.
The impact of the flood retarding structures on streamflow was more pronounced at the monthly time scale.
As a result of the flood retarding structures, a decrease in monthly streamflow was simulated for 134 out of 144 months, or about 92% of the time.
