Q. Can anyone give me some good sites about alcoholism? I need statistics that shows how bad alcoholism is. I need it for a speech for a school. Anything with bar graphs or pie charts would be good too. I keep on Googling it but I keep ending up at the same websites.

A. Thanks for all the info

Q. sex after giving birth My baby (Shelly) is three months now. Me and my husband tried having sex a couple of times since she was born, but the intercourse just hurts too much. Is this normal? I heard that sometimes when you get cuts during the birth they sew you too tight. Can it be the case? And if so, is this permanent or will it get better?

A. i"d go see your doctor sounds like there might be some scar tissue, which could cause for some discomfort, and sometimes it just takes long for some people to heal longer, when my wife had our first kid,it was about 3 months, before it was comfortable, but after our last kid,she was ready, after a month.

Q. What are some ways to treat anemia after giving birth to a baby? I have heard the iron tablets can deplete a bodies ability to absorb iron over time. So what are some other natural ways to treat/cure anemia (as a result of giving birth to a baby)?

A. Oral iron supplements are the best way to restore iron levels for people who are iron deficient, but they should be used only when dietary measures have failed. However, iron supplements cannot correct anemias that are not due to iron deficiency. Change your diet and see if that helps.
