Q. What is the safe amount of alcohol? I like alcohol, but I don’t want to end up an alcoholic. Or even have the problems that come with it (liver problems etc….)

A. the best method is not too drink at all,and you wont have any problems to worry about.

A. the best amount is none at all,drinking is not healthy in any way,except to maybe drink a glass of red wine a night,but only one glass.

Q. Why do Alcoholism consider to be so dangerous? how do you decrease the amount your drink???any suggestion worth listening to ?

A. alcohol is a drug,just like other illigal drugs, the problem is some people think it is alright because you can by it in the store.the same for smoking,alcohol causes liver problem an a host of other things.you have to think about what you put in your body --cigarettes are cancer causing but they are still on the market,an we also know now that the companys that made them was lying to the people about it causing cancer. BE SMART
