quadrantanopsia
[kwodran′tənop′sē·ə]
a loss of vision in a quarter section of the visual field of one or both eyes. The cause may vary with the quadrant affected.
quadrantanopia [kwod″ran-tah-no´pe-ah]
defective vision or blindness in one fourth of the visual field.

Inclusion criteria included (1) [greater than or equal to] 18 years old, (2) hemianopsia or quadrantanopsia resulting from a documented ABI, (3) no significant ocular pathology affecting acuity or field, (4) corrected visual acuity 20/80 or better, (5) sufficient cognitive and language capability to participate in the assessments, (6) no evidence of hemi-inattention or spatial neglect, and (7) no significant physical impairment that may substantially affect ADL performance.
