Q. i suffer for ma chronic ear infection ! every time i take a shower i need to pay my mind that water does not go in and i'm tired of it ... every time a drop comes in i get an infection ! is there any thing out there that might help me ?

A. if ear plugs dos not help and you stile have an ear infection ,
try out the eardoc
www.eardoc.info
it is a non invasive device for reliving the ear pain by opening the ear tube.,

Q. I want to improve my memory. I do a Sudoku every day and crossword puzzles. Do I need to do anything else?

A. I often encounter this question, and I wanted to share it with you. These are very good activities that stimulate the brain. You want to engage in additional mental activities that require other types of thinking in order to engage more of your mental capacity. Most importantly, maintaining brain health also depends on other components of healthy life style, such as being physically active, keeping a healthy diet, and reducing stress levels.

Q. Why do I feel to eat sweet when I am not much hungry and I feel that it soothes my mind when I eat sweets….?

A. craving sweets can be a symptom to PMS...but it seems that it would be impossible for you :)
it can also be a symptom for "seasonal depression". sort of a mood swing during fall or winters. it's very common and has an ironic initials- SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder :)
here are other symptoms of SAD:
