n.
A congenital cardiovascular deformity characterized by atresia of the pulmonic valve and the lack of a main pulmonary artery with the lungs being supplied with blood either through an arterial duct or via bronchial arteries arising from the aorta.

a condition in which blood is carried to the pulmonary arteries by collateral vessels.
