Isosexual pseudoprecocity, seen in ♀, which consists of signs of sexual maturation induced by functional ovarian tumors–eg, juvenile type of granulosa cell tumor, due to ↑ estrogens and/or androgens Clinical Development of breasts, pubic and axillary hair, stimulation and development of internal and external 2º sex organs, irregular uterine bleeding, whitish vaginal discharges, acceleration of somatic and skeletal growth, and occasionally clitoromegaly.
