a bony angular process (the termination of the septum of the pharyngotympanic (auditory) tube) above the anterior end of the vestibular window, forming a pulley over which the tendon of the tensor tympani muscle plays.

processus cochleariformis

The curved portion of a thin plate of bone separating the eustachian tube from the canal for the tensor tympani muscle over which the tendon of the muscle passes before insertion into the manubrium of the malleus.
