Hematology A condition characterized by monotonous aggregates of lymphocytes and a tendency to evolve to lymphoma–and thus warrants close clinical follow-up; prelymphomas include pseudolymphoma of the orbit and small intestine, lymphomatoid granulomatosis–an angiocentric lung disease with lymphoma-like extrapulmonary involvement, angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy, and lymphoid interstitial pneumonitis
