A. If this is occurring frequently you should go see a doctor about it. Do you have thyroid problems? Have you been sick a lot?

It keeps us relaxed both physically and mentally. It helps in lowering bad cholesterol. But I am wondering what constitutes a balanced diet to the understanding of a common man?
