pilomotor /pi·lo·mo·tor/ (-mōt´er) pertaining to the arrector muscles, the contraction of which produces cutis anserina (goose flesh) and piloerection.

Moving the hair. Used of the erector muscles of hairs in the skin and the postganglionic sympathetic nerve fibers that innervate them.
