Patient discussion about pillow.

Q. WENT I BRUSH MY HAIR SOME HAIR FALL AND SOMETIMES I FIND HAIR ON MY PILLOW WHAT SHOUD I DO

A. It's normal to find several hairs on the pillow each morning, and when pulling the hair, it's considered normal to remain with up to 5 hairs in your hand. Actually we lose several hundreds of mature hairs every day.

If you suspect you are losing an abnormal amount of hair, you may want to consult a doctor e.g. dermatologist (doctors that treat skin, hair and nail conditions). It may also be wise to make sure you don't suffer from any nutritional deficiency, e.g. B12, iron, folic acid, zinc etc.
