Hello all, im a college student struggling with 15 to 20 extra pounds, I'm trying to shade it off, any one may say, run exercise, since I'm a soccer player it would only be obvious that i would be fit. My problem is that I hav a fracture knee and a previous dislocated right knee. Due to this i cant really excersice, so im asking for anyone out there, A. Well, the best advice I have for you is to combine eating properly- less fat, less carbs and a 1200-1400 calories a day diet, with moderate physical activity, not like running, but for instance- swimming. a 45 minute swim 3-4 times a week with a low calorie intake diet would do the trick! Q. Do you exercise at all? If so, what exercise do you perform and why? What are it's benefits? I am looking to incorporate different routines and exercises into my workouts and would like your assistance. A. i do 60 pushups,60 situps, and run 2 miles in 15 mins. then lift weights,my whole work out lasts about an hour a day.
