Etymology: Gk, palin, again, lalein, to babble
an abnormal condition characterized by the increasingly rapid repetition of the same word or phrase, usually at the end of a sentence.

palilalia [pal″ĭ-la´le-ah]
a condition in which a phrase or word is repeated with increasing rapidity.
