oligo-alpha1,6-glucosidase

ol·i·go-α1,6-glu·co·si·dase

(ol'i-gō glū-kō'si-dās)
A glucanohydrolase cleaving α-1,6 links in isomaltose and dextrins produced from starch and glycogen by α-amylase; secreted into the duodenum; a deficiency of this enzyme leads to defects in intestinal digestion of limit dextrins.
