An award given by the Skills Funding Agency of the UK Department for Business, Innovation & Skills which recognises and celebrates Investors in People—accredited organisations that have delivered outstanding organisational benefits by directly linking the training needs of their people to the business needs of their organisation. Twenty percent of previous NTA winners saw an increase in the number of contracts secured; one-third said that their organisation had become more efficient and 40% of recent winners saw bottom-line benefits after winning an NTA.
