mul·ber·ry mo·lar

a molar tooth with alternating nonanatomic depressions and rounded enamel nodules on its crown surface, usually associated with congenital syphilis.

mulberry molar

a malformed first adult or secondary molar characterized by dwarfing of the cusps and hypertrophy of the enamel surrounding the cusp with agglomeration of masses of globules, giving it the appearance of a mulberry. It is seen in congenital syphilis and certain other diseases. Also called mulberry tooth.
An abnormal, mulberry-like lower deciduous—first molar—characterised by a dome-shaped crown, small biting surface and multiple cusps, which is classically seen in children with congenital syphilis

A malformed molar with a crown resembling a mulberry, with hypoplasia, crenellations, and short cusps. It may be a manifestation of congenital syphilis but also occurs in other conditions.
