mob

Australian vernacular for a group of sheep which stay together for an extended period. Also a name for a group of kangaroos.

Risky behavior was confirmed in experiments, where crows mobbed Osprey mounts less frequently than Red-tailed Hawk mounts (55% versus 88% of 33 trials; see below for significance).
