Q. How can I avoid waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom? I wake up e-v-e-r-y night, in the middle of the night. At least once.

A. Was that always like this? Did it start in the recent time? How old are you?
You see, waking up in the middle of the night for urination is sometime a symptom. Could be something is pressuring your bladder, like women when they are pregnant- they go every 10 minutes.

During my young days, I used to be thin and even if I over eat and sleep throughout the day, I had never gained weight. This has built over confidence in me and after child birth also I looked plump and not obese. I started to over eat to breast feed my baby and soon I gained more weight and looked obese. A. metabolism changes over age...tell me about it. i used to be able to eat a pounder without even noticing it. but now not even that i can- it is showed on me couple of days after.
