El sindrome costillas cortas polidactilia (SCCP) es una categoria descriptiva para un grupo de displasias esqueleticas letales caracterizado por torax estrecho, costillas extremadamente pequenas, micromelia, polidactilia y anomalias viscerales.

Las anomalias de los miembros superiores pueden ser mayores o menores segun el grado de discapacidad que produzcan, como micromelia, focomelia, implantacion proximal de los pulgares, oligodactilia, agenesia o hipoplasia del cubito, sindactilia y linea simiana.
