Nephrology The more common form of MG, characterized by subendothelial deposits of antibodies in the glomerular membrane, primarily under age 50 Clinical Acute nephrotic syndrome, ↓ urine output–↓ GFR; edema–protein loss; HTN–sodium retention, ↑ renin production by kidney Lab WBCs in urine, accumulation of nitrogenous wastes–BUN and creatinine–azotemia due to poor renal function.
