Q. Hi members, after I notice that our symptoms match those of fibromyalgia. Hi members, after I notice that our symptoms match those of fibromyalgia, do we have to live with it and simply manage it for the rest of our life or try some luck with food and meds? Thanks.

A. If you could have given a particular age details then it could have been easy to analyze. This condition is relatively new, yet it's appearing in epidemic numbers. Dr. Whiting (an orthomolecular nutritionist), finds in his work with people suffering with this that they are all very toxic. When their systems have been properly detoxified their symptoms will disappear. His personal feeling is that this is a condition of hyper-toxicity and manifests itself in people who are unable to physically cope with the overload of toxins in their system.

Q. i was diagnosed bipolar last year when i lost in snooker match which made me highly depressed. I am a bipolar patient with depression. I was diagnosed last year when I lost in snooker match which made me highly depressed. This incident helped me in knowing about my disorder. I am taking my medicine and feel that I need to do something to make my situation a little better. I am feeling confident, but where should I concentrate so though I can learn and I am willing to look over all possibilities to do well like others who say them self as non bipolar. I need suggestions..

A. It’s good to hear that you are positive and taking your medicine. Educate yourself and talk to other bipolar patients to know how they make their way of living with bipolar. Find factors which can motivate you and this will be of great help to you. More importantly, a change in your life style like your diet change and exercises will also help. Find a better way to handle your stress and this way you can keep the disorder in control.
